A Case of Possession? 

     It seems like many moons ago but the memory breaths fresh in my mind.....I was 15 years old, typical evening getting ready for school nothing unusual, right?! WRONG!!! My mom had just come out of the shower and I offered to blow dry her hair and so as we were discussing our plans for the next day I felt this strong gust walk right through me I can not explain it the sensation was cold yet hot at the same time and before I could do anything I knew I had dropped everything and fell to the floor after that all turned black. It seemed like days when I awoke and saw my mom in tears; God that face no color just the expression of pure and utter fear. I asked her and she still could not even talk about even at that moment Ive never seen her that shaken up about anything. Lets just say I come from a pretty tough line and the women in our family does not scare easy but this shook the ground she stood on. The way my mother explained it to me was that I fell to the floor and I took a fetal position and started talking a language she did not know but yet she knew it was ancient language. She told me she felt it was warning her of something because of the urgency in its tone but yet she could also tell it was mad at her; she was trying to figure out why me instead of her. She told me she must have died a thousand deaths seeing me in those conditions, she said I was shaking uncontrollable that is when she knew I was fighting. It took me about 20 minutes to actually come of this trance and so she stood there helplessly not knowing what to do. I could only imagine what a mother feels when she sees her child experience such an event. Now little did I know that would only be a string of events to follow.

About Time

5 years ago I was working for Real Estate Company in Coral Gables and I remember that day because it was unusually quite especially for a Thursday. My boss was out of town and all the agents were all out on the field or working from their homes. I had decided to lock the doors since I knew there were no clients coming in for that day and all appointments were already accounted for. I was working from the conference room where the view was absolutely stunning and it was a bright clear day but that sense of stillness kept nagging at me for some odd reason as if I was locked in sometime of time ward. All I can tell you that what happened next is really unclear to me even till this day. All I remember is sitting before a lady of color and she was dressed in beads with fire all around her and there seem to be two women right along side of her and even though she was speaking in tongues I knew somehow exactly what she was trying to relate to me. She was explaining to me that everything was going to be okay and that my time was coming soon…Now what that meant is still a mystery to me then I woke up…The strangest thing is that time stood still when I awoke I had no idea how I passed out but it was the same time when I last looked at the clock 3:15 pm. I knew more time had to have passed don’t ask me why I just knew it but somehow time had stood still. Funny enough my life did take a different turn from that point on!!!
